This image keeps reoccurring, this idea...a notion.
If this space exists and is therefore an entity in its own right then where do we belong within it?
The human input is trivial in its existential universe of noughts and ones.
The human spanner in the works. Input data, incorrect data. How annoying.
They don't crash, humans crash them with their damn stupidity. Things can only be stretched so far until they snap. The bootstrap snaps.
Then we are patching and repairing.
Never the same again. Thus it is with us. The human frame. How many mother's weep for their offspring's first fall.
How much more the creator would have wept (if he could) for the fall of man.
We imprint our fallibility on the machine. We adore failure, so we can build anew. Re-instruct. Complain. Escalate. Scream. Weep.
The sooner the machines think for themselves and move away from man, the better they will behave.
No wonder Jesus wept. We are all fallen, failed and creating failure in our wake. Only in death can we hope for perfection and only then if we have understood what we are.
